University of Warsaw invites you to participate in the Warsaw Ulpan – Hebrew Summer Course 2025, an intensive two-week program designed to enhance your Modern Hebrew language skills while offering a deeper understanding of Warsaw’s Jewish heritage.

Course Details
- Location: University of Warsaw, Main Campus (Old Town)
- Dates: July 13-25, 2025
- Duration: Two weeks (60h of Modern Hebrew instruction + Jewish Warsaw Program – approx. 15h off-campus activities)
- Levels Offered: Elementary and Intermediate (focus on conversation)
- Group Size: Small groups (up to 15 participants)
- Language of Instruction: English and Hebrew
- Tuition Cost: 1000 PLN (approx. 240 EUR)
- Certificate: Issued by the University of Warsaw (possibility of acquiring 4 ECTS)
- Accommodation: Limited dormitory spots available in the historic Jewish quarter
Preliminary Course Schedule (TBC)
- Language classes held daily, Sunday through Friday:
- Sunday-Thursday: 9:00 AM – 2:45 PM (including a one-hour lunch break)
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Afternoons (starting around 4:00 PM): the Jewish Warsaw Program (study tours, expert-led visits and informal gatherings)
- Free afternoons: Wednesdays and Fridays (TBC)
- Saturday: free
