The newest Polish translation of Israeli literature – S. Yizhar’s works Khirbet Khizah and Ha-Shavuy [The Prisoner] – have just been published by Wydawnictwo Claroscuro.
The translation was completed by Daria Boniecka-Stępień, a graduate of the Department of Hebrew Studies and author of Charakterystyka i rola religii w myśli syjonistycznej [Characteristics and Role of Religion in Zionist Thought] (Warsaw, 2020).
